#1 Køb en berøringsfri affaldsspand
Ingen mennesker kan undvære en affaldsspand, da vi helt naturligt vil komme til at producere en stor mængde affald i form af emballage fra fødevarer, avispapir og meget mere. Dette findes der heldigvis en løsning på – en berøringsfri affaldsspand. Ved at købe en skraldespand med sensor slipper du helt for at røre spanden, når du skal smide noget ud.
#2 Anskaf dig også en berøringsfri sæbedispenser
Inden for berøringsfrie produkter til køkkenet findes der også berøringsfrie sæbedispensere. Disse sæbedispensere har mange af de samme fordele som de berøringsfrie affaldsspande. Sæbedispensere med sensorer er ikke kun guld værd for personer, der lider af funktionsnedsættelser, men også for personer, der ønsker at øge hygiejnen. En sådan sæbedispenser er nemlig et langt mere hygiejnisk alternativ til en normal sæbedispenser.
#3 Skift viskestykket ud én gang om ugen

Hvis du opbevarer din mad i plastikposer, så er der en unødig stor risiko for, at der kommer møl og bananfluer. Sådanne dyr er ikke ligefrem med til at øge hygiejnen, så forebyg problemet ved at opbevare dine madvarer forsvarligt. Hav bl.a. dette in mente ved opbevaring af mel, ris og flormelis.
